Q: Outlook Shared mailbox
Hello,
Does Snoooz work with Shared Mailboxes in Outlook? These are the ones that do not have own login/password, but are assigned to existing Outlook users and can be accessed by more than one user.

Jan 19, 2026A: Hi Greg,
Thanks for reaching out.
At the moment, Snoooz supports Outlook individual mailboxes (mailboxes that can sign in directly via Microsoft). Shared mailboxes that do not have their own login/password are not yet fully supported.
That said, shared mailbox support is on our roadmap, and we will be supporting them in the coming weeks.
If a user who has access to a shared mailbox connects their personal Outlook account to Snoooz, Snoooz can still act on emails that arrive in that user’s mailbox (for example, if the shared address is forwarded or aliased to them). In this setup, Snoooz rules can be applied and replies or drafts can be created.
However, those replies would be sent from the individual user’s account, not from the shared mailbox address, and Snoooz would not directly monitor or act on emails that live only inside the shared mailbox itself.
Native shared mailbox support (without requiring separate credentials and with replies sent from the shared mailbox address) is something we’re actively evaluating and plan to support once fully tested.
Best regards,
Victoria
@Victoria: This is a crucial feature for us - most of our communication is done via those shared inboxes. Would be great to have this feature within the refund period.
Hi Tobias,
Gotcha, I will get it added to the sprint, and we will try to get it out by next week.

@Victoria, has this been implemented? "That said, shared mailbox support is on our roadmap, and we will be supporting them in the coming weeks."
