EU Servers & GDPR: Can new users select the EU server directly during signup without hidden costs or feature limits? Do you provide a DPA? Are any features blocked on EU servers?Pro
Plan & Future: Can you guarantee that Tier 3 users will get all future Pro Plan features and that no existing benefits will be revoked later?
Exclusions: Which future updates, AI models, or features will explicitly NOT be included in this AppSumo deal? Will you lock us out via a future "Enterprise" tier?
Ready to buy Tier 3 today, but need clarity first. I’ve heard great things about your support, so it's a bit disappointing that I haven't received a reply to my website inquiry yet.

You can create an account directly on the EU server, or switch later (no problem). Features are same for both platforms, you just choose where your data will reside. We can provide a DPA if you need one. You can read about our EU server and data residency options here:

Yes, you will get all features listed in the Tier 3 for lifetime use, and as platform evolves you will get more features added automatically, but features listed in higher tiers today are reserved for those tiers.
