Q: I looked at the internet of things insight to try it out.
He spent 1 credit for this. Then I clicked on something else and when I came back, I spent 1 more credit because I opened the same insight page even though I did not make a new search. I tried one more time to make sure I went to another page and came back and spent 1 credit, although I did not search again.
I don't understand why there is 1 credit for each attempt on the same page. It is normal to spend credits if I search new. But credit is spent without searching.
A: Thanks for your feedback. Let me explain. We calculate Insights every time you make a search. For some keywords, for example "coronavirus", the results will change almost every time you look up. But most customers won't look up insights for the same keyword in short intervals because the data won't change much for most keywords. It's recommended to look up insights maybe once a week or even...
Not a problem for me. I will pay attention after that. But you have sold a credit system to your AppSumo customers. If they don't realize it and their credit runs out quickly, they might not think good things for you. Maybe you can therefore set the autorefresh on-off option? I am also waiting for your comment for my opinion about code stacking in the other comment. If you write an answer as to...
Q: I couldn't understand how this deal was set up.
It is more advantageous to get individual codes instead of stacking. Instead of stacking 2 codes, it is better to take 2 codes separately. Or, instead of stacking 10 codes, getting 10 codes separately is definitely more advantageous. In AppSumo deals, the numbers are usually folded with each code, and even in 5-10 codes, many more limits are given or the limits are removed.
Hello Naren Actually, you say the same thing as me. When I stack 10 codes, I get 100 Exports. When I get 10 separate codes, I get 500 Exports, each containing 1 (total 10) users with unlimited search. I couldn't understand the mathematics of this? I bought 1 code, if I need new code, I will take it and use it for the new account. Stacking seems stupid.

May 14, 2024A: The limits are indeed increased as you stack more.
You get 100 monthly exports only if you stack 3 codes or more.
The monthly credits and tracked URLs increase significantly as you stack more. Please check the quantum of increase per code.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Naren
