Hi. I need a tool where I can add 2 or 3 Facebook personal accounts with their Pages, and receive all post responses in one place. Not only from Pages, but also when I post from a personal account and someone replies - I want to get that message

Hello Sociamonials team, firstly thanks for such a wonderful product. I took 6 sociamonials codes the first round and using your platform daily. The last time though i only see 2 workspaces added for 6 codes. If i add 3 more new codes, would it give additional workspaces as per current offer?

A: Hello! I'm glad you're one of our active users. The way the codes work is you stack them into your primary workspace. Then they are just available as you need them. When you add a workspace, it will just deduct one of the codes and use it to create the workspace unlocked for life. If you lose that client you can simply delete that workspace within your Agency Dashboard and it will re-stack the...
On Tier One, it allows you to have 30 social profiles. Is it possible to have, let's say, six clients and divide those accounts by giving each five social profiles on Tier One, or do you need a special agency tier?

A: Hello! Each code unlocks a client workspace, plus it adds 30 more available social profiles to your 'pool' of available social profiles. If you have 6 clients, you should buy 6 codes. That will give you White Label, a separate workspace for each client to keep things organized, and 360 available social profiles to split up how you choose across those 6 clients.
