Q: Is workspace the same as users and what integrations are supported
1) I need to have 5 content creators being able to post to my social media accounts. What tier plan is the most appropriate 2) The Sumo page integrations only list IG, Tiktok, Youtube, whereas the main wesbite lists Facebook and X as well. Can the Sumo integrations be confirmed please?
Hi. In 2022 I got a 1 tier for 69 dollars or so. I used sociamonials for a time but wanted to have more options inside. Now you are back here. Is it possible to upgrade to tier 2? If yes --- please tell me how?

A: Hello! The codes work the same now, so simply buy another code here. Then stack the code in your existing account. If you have the Agency Dashboard turned on, stack your code inside Agency Settings by hovering over your workspace in the list. If you don't have Agency Dashboard turned on, go to Account Settings and stack it there.
None of the tiers unlocks Enterprise. Enterprise requires a $10/mo upgrade if done within 7 days of creating or stacking a fresh code or $15/mo if done after that.
1- Can I conduct a benchmarking and competitive analysis? And which platforms are supported in this area? 2- Do I get access to Instagram stories' performance? 3- Is there a smart inbox feature?

1) No, we only report on your posts, not any competitor posts 2) Yes, our reports include performance metrics for Instagram stories 3) Not yet, but we have approved building this, we just have to implement some more AI features before we get to it.
I want to ask about the "max entries per month" feature. For example, if I buy 2 codes and get 10,000 entries, does that mean the 10,000 refers to the total number of scheduled posts I can set in one month across all 60 social media profiles that I have? Thank You :)

A: Hi Bianka! No. The 5,000 entries (10,000 entries if you buy 2 codes) does not refer to social posts. you get unlimited social posting. The entries are for Viral Sweepstakes, Photo Contests, Video Testimonials, etc. Also, if you are running a Viral Sweepstakes, the bonus entries that you award people for completing tasks don't count towards your limit. Q: Different Profiles for same social media accounts
Can I set up different profiles for the same social media accounts? For example, For a linkedIn account have an "event" profile that posts 2 days a week, a tipsy tuesday profile that posts every tuesday to the same social account with individual recycle ability?
I currently use Smarterque, so I am trying to understand how I would set up my current profiles in Socialmonials and keep the same functionality that I currently have.
