Q: Professional Package Level 4 and Expert Package Level 5
Question 1: In the long term, will there be any differences between the tier 4 and tier 5 packages? Does your roadmap include feature branching that will make these two packages different in the future? Question 2: Are you able to handle each row of the Excel file in the roadmap? I see that the wishlist contains many feature requests, but I’m not sure if you pay much attention to them. To clarify, is each row in Excel considered as one prompt loop? Question 3: Does your team have a long-term plan to develop this product and bring value to the community? Or will the founder and your team develop other products after this one reaches a certain level, then pause or delay updates, similar to other products? I’d like to hear your commitment on this.
A: Q1: They already are different right now. We can't make any commitment over what will be in Tier 4 or 5 in the long term. With that said, the most likely outcome is that Tier 5 will have the same features of Tier 4, just with higher limits. Q2: our product doesn't go over Excel line by line at this time. We likely won't focus on Excel files in the near term. Q3: Yes, we're committed to the long-term growth of Socrates. With that said, we are a small team, but we are relentless in making progress on items on the roadmap. Our next update (local deep dive) is slated to be released within a few weeks -- there are just a few more bugs we're fixing.
Q: This is a review with a request. 4/5 stars I've gone from tier 3 to 4 to 5.
Purchased T3 months ago so can't leave a review. . I like the product, otherwise i wouldn't have gone through the upgrade path. For my use which is to upload an epub and get a summary and keynotes, it's perfect because it gathers all the key information which is incredibly useful when using it in my LLM. Jon i have two annoyances with the app which really need to be addressed. Firstly the folder system is next to useless. Secondly to get a summary and key points takes about 20 mouse clicks scrolling to use ones own prompts and pasting results to a markdown files. I summarize files individually and takes hours when it SHOULD TAKE MINUTES, which is frustrating. People wont use it if the ux is bad, you've made improvements from the initial version, but it's nowhere near finished, What's the eta to improving these?
Impossible to see which chats have been filed. Remove chats from the chat section once they have been allocated to a folder. Go through Process of uploading a file, using flow ai to do a deep dive to get summary & key takeaway using ones own templates and copying results into a markdown file. Its at least over 25 mouse clicks when it should be <5, becomes frustrating doing it multiple times
Q: Is this like Claude Projects?
Wondering if it's similar to Claude Projects for research?

Please let me know your answer so I can upgrade before Sumo Day ends. I invest in the founder's spirit, so support is very important to me.

Jun 12, 2025A: Can you explain how you'd like the folder system to improve?
We have Quick Flows, but we can certainly make it quicker. Will noodle on how to best do this.

It's a good review. It would be better if it were in the review section.
