Q: So is this project dead, not getting any support and deep dives not working?
While it works with normal prompts I've had several documents not get deep dived, they just fail. Also been a month since you said you'd circle back.

A: Hello, there are certain limitations for documents uploaded for deep dive (<250MB), among others. Please send me an email w/ the failing document, I can take a look
Q: Any other non-BYOK options besides using Deepseek?
Deepseek's privacy policy outright says it can use personal data "to train and improve our technology, such as our machine learning models and algorithms".

No, the only other AI was gpt4o but it was for the previous deals, new users don't get that model but old users were grandfathered in.
