Hello,
I'm interested in the Tier 4 for my agency. I see 6000 clients/ year. How much is it to add more clients ? Do you have a pricing table ? Also, for sms credit, we use BYOK from twilio but we have to pay also credit to the platform with reduced fees ?

For additional clients, agencies get a 50% discount off the regular price. So you can purchase an additional 150 clients for $20 ($40 for everyone else).
For SMS credits, there are two separate things:
- Core automation: You use your own Twilio account (BYOK), so you only pay Twilio for the SMS. There is no additional Spokk credit charge for these messages.
- Campaigns: Campaign SMS works differently. We charge credits here to prevent abuse from people uploading random lists and using Spokk as a bulk SMS blasting tool. Agency accounts automatically receive a 90% discount on campaign credit purchases.
The campaign credit pricing is simply the number shown in the campaign credits divided by 10. The coupon code is automatically applied.
For example:
1,000 campaign SMS credits = $4 for agencies + your Twilio SMS charges.
So with BYOK, you pay Twilio directly for the actual SMS delivery, plus the heavily discounted Spokk campaign credit cost where applicable.
