Looking at Plan 4 and the deal terms.
The terms list "all future Tier 1 (Plan 1), Tier 2 (Plan 2), or Tier 3 (Plan 3) updates" and then refer to upgrading or downgrading between three license tiers. Plan 4 is not mentioned in either line.
Can you confirm that Plan 4 buyers receive all future updates to Plan 4 on the same basis, including the agency dashboard, white label and unlimited companies? If that is the case, is the terms wording something you can get corrected with AppSumo?
Two related questions while I am here. The customer allowance moved from 2,000 in December 25 to 6,000 a year. Was that applied to all existing Plan 4 buyers, or only to new purchases? And what is the current per-credit rate that the 50% agency discount applies to, given that rate is not published anywhere I can find? Thanks

Plan 4 and future updates: Yes, confirmed. Plan 4 buyers receive future Plan 4 updates on the same basis as Tiers 1 to 3. This includes features such as the agency dashboard, white label functionality, and unlimited client companies.
The allowance change: This change was applied to every existing Plan 4 account, not just new purchases. The old system included 2,000 responses per year. On March 28, 2026, we moved to a customer-based system with 6,000 customers per year, and all existing Tier 4 accounts were automatically updated to the new allowance. Nobody needed to request the change or purchase anything again.
One important detail for a fair comparison is that these are different units. The old system counted submitted responses, while the new system counts customers based on recorded customer interactions because we introduced automation.
The per-customer rate: The standard rate is $0.30 per customer. Plan 4 accounts automatically receive the 50% agency discount, bringing that rate down to $0.15 per customer at checkout.
Customers purchased this way never expire. We are still working on our public docs so they aren't published anywhere but you can easily view this by clicking on "Buy credits" from a logged in dashboard.
