bropQ: What's 'Sell Membership'?
Hello,
Spokk seems like something we've been looking for in a Google review SaaS we desperately need. That said, what exactly is the 'Sell memberships' feature? There's no clear explanation of what this feature offers and how it benefits a business considering the tier that's right for them.
Would you care to clarify what it is and the use case it's best suited for?

Memberships let you offer customers a recurring subscription, either monthly or yearly, in exchange for ongoing perks. For example, a salon could offer a membership that gives customers 10% off every visit, or a car wash could offer a monthly plan with a set number of washes included.
The idea is to encourage repeat business by giving customers a reason to keep coming back to you, while providing your business with more predictable recurring revenue. It's a win-win!
We do take a 10% platform fee on membership sales for AppSumo users. If you subscribe directly to one of our monthly or yearly plans, there’s no additional platform fee.
Our direct subscription plans also include onboarding, video call support, a dedicated SMS number with SMS costs covered, and custom integrations built for your business at no extra charge.
Memberships are completely optional, so you can decide whether they make sense for your business. Spokk's other features can be used independently of them.
