Yes, if you run the same project over and over again (with the same set of tasks for e.g. different clients), you could create a group which can serve as a template. Then you can copy this group when you need to run the same set of tasks for another client.
If you are thinking of tasks inside a group, then you simply set a date - and then how often it should repeat.
Regarding integration to Integromat. Sorry, we don't have that.
You can certainly manage clients. The platform is actually build around being able to handle both internal and external teams in one and the same place. So it becomes a cross-organizational collaboration hub.
In case you need more control of what e.g. external members can do inside a group, then there's permission control available as part of the AppSumo deal. So you e.g. can control that specific members can't modify/delete todos - and that this is only possible for internal team members (or maybe even the project manager).
Thanks for the prompt response - much appreciated. On that, can we manage any number of clients or are there any limitations? So, am I correct to assume that - client(s) has to create a free account so that we can collaborate?
Correct. You can manage as many clients as you'd like.
What you'll simply do is to create a group, and then you simply invite your clients to that group (using their email address) when you are ready to kick-off the project/collaboration. They'll then receive an invitation by email - and when they follow the link in the invitation they'll be creating a user and let into the platform where they can start working together with you on the project.
The account that they are creating in this case will be free - and they can then always upgrade if they need to be participating in more than 2 groups simultaneously.
You have replied that clients can get an account for free, if they need to be more interactions they they´d have to update, what is the cost of this and what does the new access involve?
Yes, if they'd have to be part of more than 2 groups, they'll need to upgrade. The cost is $4.99/user/month for upgrading to Premium.
That would give them full access to the platform as specified on pricing page: https://squidhub.com/pricing
And just to clarify: If they have joined a group as "Member" or "Guest" then this permission of course still applies to that specific group after they upgrade. They will of course not be given "Admin" rights to the group after they upgrade.
Clients are users as well. You can invite clients to your projects - but you don't have to upgrade them. Then they'll just be users on the free plan.
However, please do note, that if your clients need to participate in more than 2 groups (which is allowed on the free plan), they of course need to upgrade. But I reckon they'll need to do that themselves, so you are not paying for their unlimited usages in the organization (since they will then be able to create all the groups they want) ;) I'll of course leave that up to you.
I think you are saying that you can basically have unlimited clients as "users" in your dashboard without paying extra as long as they are signed up themselves as "free" users?
But they will only be able to access one of your groups.
You're almost correct :) Yes, you can invite all the clients you'd like to collaborate with.
They'll be able to join two groups on the free plan. - So you can invite them to two groups which they can be part of (as long as they don't have other groups created of course).
If they want to create a 3rd group (or receive an invitation to a 3rd group and wants to join it), they'll need to be on the Premium Plan.
Makes sense?
Cheers, Andreas
Q: Hi
BTW great product ;-) !
2 questions: -Is it possible to create multiple organisations ? - Is it possible to create a recurring event?
Well, the way we recommend to work across multiple organizations is to use the "label" which is an optional field under the group. Let's call the group "Marketing Campaign" and you've specified the label as "COMPANY ACME" then you'll see this in the left hand menu.
You can then drag and drop the groups, so that all groups with the label "COMPANY ACME" is next to each other - kind of bundled together. And then you could have groups belonging to other organizations below this cluster.
Not sure if that answers your question?
And yes - you can set tasks to be repeating. In order to do so, you first need to set a date - after which the recurring/repeat option will appear.
Currently, SquidHub is only available in English (as you noticed). The platform is prepared for translation into other languages, however, this has not been heavily requested so far.
We've focused on making sure that the words and terminology being used inside the platform is as few and easy as possible (like "todos", "files", "messages", "calendar", "groups" etc), so almost anybody would be able to use the platform. After all, the content inside the platform can be any language that you'd like.
SquidHub is not offered as a white label solution with custom domains etc.
The reason behind this is that the platform is often used by cross-organizational teams, where a person can be part of several teams (independent of which organization he/she belongs to) and still have access to all the groups from the left hand menu (without having to switch from one organization to another). So it's kind of like a one-stop-shop for all projects that you're involved in.

Thanks for the update! Ok I'm now using the labels. Would ben nice if we could have an grouping by label.
For example :
MyCompany (label):
Group1
Group2
MyCompany2
Group1
Group2
Thanks
Point taken m-summo :)
Thanks for the feedback.

Well spotted :) It was such a lovely and on-point introduction that they made. So yes, we got kind of inspired by it.
