I bought Stackby back in 2020. Now it says I'm on the free plan. So what exactly did I pay for? When comparing the free plan with the new AppSumo plans it is also confusing: 1. Free plan includes 5 users, but if you pay $109 for the AppSumo deal you get downgraded to 1 user. 2. Free plan includes 100 internal automation runs, but if you pay $109 for AppSumo deal you get...zero. 3. Free plan includes 1 app per stack but you can pay $109 to get zero apps per stack 4. There are features on the Stackby web site that don't seem to appear at all on the AppSumo feature list (2FA) and vice versa (AI MCP connector, Build with AI...) 5. It seems like what should be basic features like exporting to Excel, changing colors and restoring deleted items are now a special offer for $399. Responses say "email support". Get we get some clarity here? Thx
I purchased 6 codes before, but was waiting for the option to embed charts and other features, which apparently are now called interfaces/applications. According to my six codes, I should be able to use this option in our workspace, but when I try, I am being told I need to upgrade? How many additional codes do I need to buy if I wanted to use the interfaces/apps on our own cname for our team? Also, for the rows, is it possible to archive if we needed to for space?
Hello, I recently upgraded my Stackby account from 5 codes to 9 codes mainly so I could use List View. Before that, while at level 5 I had already purchased multiple add-ons, including the $399 Powerups add-on, which are for the whole platform. However, when I try to *add a section or *use color formatting in List View, I’m still being prompted to upgrade to powerups. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this as well, but could you please check my specific account and update it if anything still needs to be enabled? I’ve already emailed support as well. Thanks!
Hello there, I've bought the higher tier of StackBy in june 2025 and now saw that there are news features. I would like to upgrade my plan but there is not a buton that can alow me to upgrade. I've used to see that buton on others products but I don't have the buton in this product. Why and How can I solve the problem please ? Have a good day.
