Q: I Am Unable to Reach Support
I have sent three emails. Why is my Streann.Studio trying to force me to upgrade to access features I already had as a LTD customer? I even paid for PPV (also lifetime) and now it feels like I am being ghosted. You email me weekly about new features, but you don't respond to my questions about the ones I've already bought.

Hey Sis, I am extremely annoyed as well. No communication from them. you at least get updates. I do not. I did see that they released a new product and did not communicate with the rest of us. I already see people that are from Appsumo there too. No communication, I had to do my own research to find out and they did this all without telling us. I guess we are not important enough.
