Ok first of all I am not sure that Appsumo is aware of this. Many of us bought codes for this software and now we cannot log in. Well I have news for you guys. This company changed the URL of their service to https://streannstudio.ai/ without telling their customers and then dropped their commitments to the people who have bought codes from them. I logged in under the new URL and found that my account which the company remembers has been downgraded to a free plan. I emailed the company to provide evidence of purchase and no one got back to me. SOOOO Appsumo you guys are up now. what are you going to do here???
Hello I have Tier 1 but the platform is saying i should upgrade to Creator plan or higher. with tier 1 am not eligible to live stream? Edited: After one day of submitting the review above, I received the following email: "Your Free Plan Is About to Expire — Don't Miss This!" Please check your email, i have emailed you (20 May 2026).
I havent used for a while but went to app.streann.studio/start and nothing is there. Is this a me thing? Did I miss the login changing? Did you go under? Anyone know?
I have sent three emails. Why is my Streann.Studio trying to force me to upgrade to access features I already had as a LTD customer? I even paid for PPV (also lifetime) and now it feels like I am being ghosted. You email me weekly about new features, but you don't respond to my questions about the ones I've already bought.
