I bought this tool hoping it would fulfill my exact use case: translating live webinars into other languages. Unfortunately, the current output is not suitable for professional environments.Here are the main issues:

Voice Cloning Quality:
The cloned voice sounds nothing like me. While the translation from German to English is technically correct, the accent and pronunciation sound highly unnatural and completely artificial. For professional webinars, this quality is unfortunately unacceptable.

Speed Adjustment & Pacing:
The system forces the translated audio to strictly fit the original timeline, leading to terrible pacing. The speed fluctuates constantly—switching from normal speed to an extremely accelerated, distorted rush, followed by abrupt 2–3 second silences before the next section starts. Competitors like HeyGen handle this much better by dynamically stretching the timeline to keep the voice sounding natural.I really wanted to like this tool, but in its current state, I can only give it 1 star. I am happy to update my review as soon as these technical issues are resolved.

I emailed subeasy support twice, but didn’t get a response. Is there another contact or support channel?

Lo usamos mucho para subtitular el idioma portugués. La interfaz nos resulta muy cómoda y las herramientas de ayuda con IA funcionan muy bien. Excelente compra para nosotros.

I’ve been using Subeasy for a while, and compared to CapCut or other OCR tools, it’s noticeably faster and more accurate. Exporting hour‑long videos can be slow, but it always gets the job done.

One feature I really appreciate is how, when translating Russian videos into English, it automatically speeds up the dubbing to match the original timeline. That’s impressive.

The best part is how generous the platform is with AI credits, and credits charged is precise down to the decimals.

Tengo un video con una duración aproximada de una hora pero al momento de querer doblarlo con voces ia me sale como máximo soporta 40 minutos en ese caso sería genial que incorporen una herramienta para editar el video recortarlo y así evitar el inconveniente del máximo duración de video ahora otro inconveniente que encontré fue ya que al exportar el video ya sea en audio o en video la descarga se detiene a la mitad d l proceso esto sucede mayormente con videos largos y de vez En cuando con audios no creo que sea problemas de internet ya que tengo 500 megas de carga y descarga si en un futuro añaden conacion de voz y lipsync me subo a tier 4 si pensarlo
