Q: Community and Sales Pages..?

Hi,

I have purchased a full stack of 10 codes and am interested in building sales pages and a community using the COMMUNITY Power-Up, PRIME Bundle Power-Up, and PLUS Bundle Power-Up.

Could you please confirm if these features can be included in the lifetime deal, if purchasing additional codes would allow for their inclusion?

Welcome to the SuiteDash Community!

No matter how many AppSumo codes you purchase, you are buying the features/functionality of the Pinnacle level license. The exception is that you will be limited in the # of allowed Staff and the File Storage Quota, and that limit in any one account is based on the # of AppSumo codes you redeem into that account.

In addition, you won't be eligible for the complimentary Wizarding Sessions that are offered to our retail customers.

No Power-Ups or Service Subscriptions are included in any of our Plans or any LTDs.

Power-Ups are separate from our Plans. Theyexist because not everyone needs the advanced "nice to have" functionality they contain, so the idea is that they can be added only if you need them, and this allows us to provide the most affordable pricing for our core Pricing Plans.

Service Subscriptions exist in cases where ongoing usage has a variable/fixed cost, and therefore logically can't be included in any Plan or LTD (or we would go out of business, which is certainly not something we want, and certainly not something you want). When a Service we provide has variable costs based on usage, our policy is to pass those costs directly to you without any markup – we don’t profit on these Services. This aligns with our goal of keeping SuiteDash affordable for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. If you don’t need the Service, you don’t pay for it. If you do, you pay a reduced cost that is as close as possible to “wholesale pricing” which ultimately saves you money. This is better than the alternative approach, in which we’d have to increase pricing of our Plans for everyone to cover our costs, meaning you’d pay the same whether you used the service or not.

Hi Mike,

I purchased your product with the intent to build a community and sell courses. After investing a significant amount upfront, I’m now being asked to switch to a monthly subscription plan. This makes me feel like I’m missing out on some basic features that wouldn't cost much for you to include, but appear to be deliberately withheld.

Am I misunderstanding something here?

But no, you aren't buying lifetime access to everything we offer or will ever offer. The Power-Ups were explained in the previous message. Service Subscriptions were also explained. We hope that you will find the value just as thousands of others have, but if you feel that what you've purchased is not worth what you've paid, then you are 100% free to refund - that's your right as a consumer.

All that said, please know that we do everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible, but there are limits to what we can do. We are a business like any other, and it's in your best interest that we continue to grow and remain profitable. Maybe I don't comprehend the system fully yet, In any case thank you for taking the time to respond.

Can you please clarify: It seems like I have to upgrade to a monthly plan to be able to sell access to a course. Is the accurate?

Can I use SuiteDash to sell a membership(recurring yearly or monthly) for a client to get access to a what you call circle inside SuiteDash?

Hi again! No, you don't need to upgrade to a monthly plan. You can sell access to an LMS Course using Landing Pages + Checkout Form + Automations to set up a paid onboarding funnel that gives access to your LMS Product(s).

Yes, you can create Subscription Plans and control access to your Portal based on these subscriptions.

All 100% doable with what you have purchased here.
