I'm not familiar with FlipLink.me specifically, but if it provides you with embed codes or shareable links for your flipbooks, you should be able to use those within SuiteDash. We have iFrame Blocks and Embed Blocks in our Content Block Editor that allow you to embed external content on Dashboards, Portal Pages, Landing Pages, and more.

So yes, you should be able to present your flipbooks to your Clients within the platform. I'd suggest giving it a try during a free trial to confirm it works the way you're envisioning.
