joecolantonioQ: Good Podio Alternative?
I'm on the fence about this deal. Has anyone moved from Podio to SuiteDash, and how did it go? I've been using Podio for nine years and have a lot of customization and automation in place, but Podio recently changed its pricing structure. Also, I run online events—so if I have 50 speakers at my event and want them to have their own portal, would each one be considered a "staff/team member"?

Would love to be helpful, but we're not able to make comparisons with other apps as we don't watch or keep track of other apps. It just wouldn't be worth trying as, by definition, it would be uninformed.
RE: the speakers... I'd say yes they should be Staff if you want to also have a full CRM side, which I assume would be the attendees of the event?
