Q: Hi there!

I tried you guys last year sometime but at that time it wasn't really something I thought would work out. I'm hoping maybe this time it might be but I have a few questions.

I'm really looking for a solution that allows me to sync my calendars (multiple Google calendars) to your calendar.

2. I want to have a place for both companies and contacts within these companies. AND can I add custom fields to these?

3. Projects: can custom fields be added to projects and can I create project templates because I do a lot of the same types of projects over and over again.

4. Can i schedule calls, make meeting appointments from contacts? (right click on the contact for example to make an appointment)

I'm anxious to give this a whirl again!

A: Hi adam1963,

We'd love to have you join the Mission to bring #SuiteFreedom to business owners around the world!

I'll answer by the numbers:

1. Not currently, but we have many customers who create a simple workaround by creating a Google Calendar that syncs with Outlook Calendar, and then using that Google Calendar to 2-way sync with SuiteDash. That said, we do plan to extend the Google Calendar sync to work with multiple calendars.

2. Yes, you can do this for sure... BUT, that capability is on the verge of being supercharged as we are in the final phases of preparing the release of "Company First 2.0" which will be a foundational step to enable working with companies in even more powerful ways in the future. We have lots of plans around this, but getting CF 2.0 live is currently our focus.

3. Oh YEAH, this is an easy one to answer!! When it comes to "pre-creation" and automation, I can honestly say that our Project Generators + Task Templates + Project Custom Fields functionality cannot be beaten. Please see this video for more info: https://youtu.be/kyJ0JDYacmY

4. Yes, you or your staff can make an appointment on behalf of a contact.

Thanks Mike. I went ahead and repurchased it again. Probably need your support address because I tried to log in and it says my email address is already used (because I had tried it last year sometime but refunded it).
