Q: Team Members and accounting
Hi there
Really sorry if this is a super simple question, but is about the access - each code provides a fixed number of users who can access the system - these are described as 'staff/team' and I wondered what constituted staff or team members? Is it basically anyone that would access it?
Also, on the accounting, I can see the benefits - does it connect to Xero or anything else so we can manage our taxes etc?

Q: What is the definition of a Staff member?
A: Your Staff consists of your colleagues, employees and any freelancers that you may work with. Each Staff member will be assigned a Role. In SuiteDash, these are known as 'Internals'

A Team is essentially a grouping of internal users, such as Teammates, Project Managers, and Freelancers. By creating a Team, you can easily group these users together, allowing you to assign all of them to a Project at one time, without the need to assign them separately.
