Team Members and accounting

Hi there\u000a\u000aReally sorry if this is a super simple question, but is about the access \u002D each code provides a fixed number of users who can access the system \u002D these are described as \u0027staff/team\u0027 and I wondered what constituted staff or team members? Is it basically anyone that would access it?\u000a\u000aAlso, on the accounting, I can see the benefits \u002D does it connect to Xero or anything else so we can manage our taxes etc?\u000a\u000aThanks\u000aMark
