- We have successfully used FLOW completion to send an authenticated outbound event into our automation layer. The harder part is reliably shaping the payload around exactly the Company/CRM custom fields we need. Is there a recommended native pattern for CRM changes, Work Request submissions and FLOW milestones to emit authenticated webhooks with a selected field schema, test/preview the payload, and retry/read back delivery state? Broader event coverage and payload inspection would make SuiteDash much easier to integrate safely.
- We want to use SuiteDash AI Agents/Skills in bounded automation, but only if there is no possibility of surprise paid overage. Is there an account-level control that can disable paid AI overage entirely or set a hard monthly spending/credit cap that unattended automations cannot exceed? If not today, is this planned? A hard stop is more useful to us than a warning because we need deterministic cost boundaries before enabling AI features in recurring workflows.
- Hi, Can SuiteDash keep each customer’s marketing email list completely separate, so when a customer logs into their portal they can see only their own email contacts? Also, can the customer be allowed to view and download their email list, but not send any marketing emails or manage campaigns from their portal? Is this possible with the Marketing/Audiences feature? Thank you
- Hello, I have forms that require a digital e-signature. Before I pursue this deal with several codes, a few questions: 1) You guys will sign a BAA with the healthcare company, correct? 2) If consent forms, hipaa agreements, patient intake, etc needs to be signed off on by the patient, I can create them in suitedash with these codes? 3) Building on question 2, can I send these to the patient with esignature on the bottom? 4) Building on question 3, do they need to login for this to occur, or can the documents be sent to them to allow for it to be signed electronically by them on their device? 5) The current deal allows us to create forms within suitedash and then send, though if I have pdfs that I need to add a signature box to for a patient to sign that requires a powerup that is a monthly recurring cost, correct? Thank you for your time
