SuiteDash has received high praise from customers for its comprehensive features, seamless communication, and robust team collaboration tools. The platform also offers responsive support. While there are some minor drawbacks in terms of UX and feature polish, these are just small bumps on the road. Considering the positive feedback and occasional grumbles, SuiteDash is a solid choice for those seeking all-in-one business software. Additionally, it's worth noting that SuiteDash offers a 60-day money-back guarantee, providing customers with the opportunity to try it out risk-free.

not into negative reviews, but I found this far more difficult that I expected
First, i'm not a tech beginner. For context, I've worked with software 25 years, I can spin up a finalized wordpress website in 3 days. My team relies on me to build and manage our online services and infrastructure.
My story> I bought suitedash yesterday around noon by 8pm I was so frustrated and still having difficulty doing minor things. Like when I view projects, I want to assign a task to a person within a company. I could not make it work to show the company the task related to or perhaps it was the project the task related to within the projects/tasks folder. It was just unintuitive. I did not go through the learning or documentation, because it made my eyes blur with all the detail and poorly presented information. Instead I used Gemini ai and asked it questions as I navigated through suitedash. that worked pretty well until I found the ai responses were just wrong. So I was left to try to read the documentation or fiddle with it myself to figure it out.
In the end> I just could not imagine having to spend another few days (weeks?) working through the quirks and trying to learn to use it. If my team ever had to go in and figure things out, they would shoot me. I'm patient, I can do something 10 times, like I did , to figure it out, but one of the biggest complaints I have was it was just ill suited to the type of work I needed. For instance, if I have a list of 70 tasks within a client project, the display did not let me view those items easily. A spreadsheet worked better. Then, I was really hoping that the dashboard wouldn't be so minimal. By dashboard they really mean "mini webpage". A true dashboard in my opinion would show charts, progress bars, and overall project progress in a visually appealing manner. My initial review didn't show anything I would want to show a client to update them on progress.
Who is this for> I could see an instance where you manage small projects (housecleaner, house repair project) for instance and want to prepare a proposal, invoice the client, update them with progress, and share files with them. But this assumes they have some patience ( a lot of patience) to learn to use SuiteDash. I read reviews from other saying it was incredibly complex, I assume they were just inexperienced, because, I can do anything. well they were right. I did a google search and found several other tools that, in one image, helped me see the tools benefit immediately. However those tools are like $300 a year subscription.
Here's the thing> suitedash has several useful features such as , calendar scheduling (share a link to your calendar with client, they choose a time to meet) this alone could be useful to someone. File sharing, useful, not an improvement over say dropbox. Form creation, useful for automating tasks. For $160 for lifetime access is a decent price, but also consider the perhaps weeks of getting to know it's capabilities and learning to use it. I don't have that time, and there are other more intuitive apps out there that are worth the add'l cost.

Jan 24, 2026Hi there,
Thank you for the detailed and honest feedback - I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
You mentioned you did not go through the learning or documentation before diving in. SuiteDash is fundamentally different from most software you've likely used because it's 100% designed for automation from the ground up. It's not a pre-built solution - it's a platform...

I haven't had support for 1 year and 4 months.
Hello, I'm not much of a writer, but I've been using Suitedash for over a year and it's been fascinating. I've used it every month to keep track of my invoices, collections, and video tutorials for the companies I work with.
For over a year, I've been asking for help resolving an issue with adding negative taxes in Suitedash. The response has been, and I quote:
“To be transparent, support for displaying tax as a negative amount is something we do have logged internally for planning, but it's not currently in active development. I know that's disappointing, and I want to be upfront rather than imply a timeline we can't commit to.”
After a year, you haven't been able to help me with this?
But you've already been able to integrate AI into the platform?
The strange thing is that if I create invoices, I can apply negative taxes. Who can I talk to about this issue so that I can get help? I want to continue buying coupons (I currently have three), but this is preventing me from both buying and inviting new users in Mexico to use the platform.
I look forward to your support.
P.S. I have attached a Drive link so you can see the date I reported this, and as of today, there is still no solution.

Jan 21, 2026Hi there,
Thanks for the tacos!
In the nicest possible way - I want to make sure I understand what you're saying here. You're asking why we haven't built a custom feature for a "negative tax" (something only you and several others have requested) before tackling AI integration (something the entire software industry and our entire customer base is asking for)?
To be direct: negative tax display...

1 year and Strong 💪🏾
For those of you wondering if SuiteDash is worth the investment, I wanted to share my experience. Nearly a years ago, I switched from GoHighLevel to SuiteDash to lower my operating costs and simplify my tech stack. It has proven to be an excellent decision for my business.
My Key Tips for Getting Started:
1. Custom Domain: Ensure you have your custom domain name ready.
2. Education: There is a steep learning curve, so I highly recommend completing the Academy lessons. It will save you time and prevent mistakes.
3. Preparation: You cannot use features immediately for work. Everything must be built and customized to your specific business needs. I recommend mapping out your sequences visually (I use Canva whiteboards) to avoid getting sidetracked.
4. Workflow: Build from "back to front." For example, create all forms, document templates, and associated content before building an onboarding flow or auto-template.
Favorite Features:
- White-Labeling & Dashboards: The mobile app and customized client portals frequently impress potential partners and prospective clients.
- Flows & Portal Pages: The project management tools are excellent but using Flows for onboarding or demos and Portal Pages for consistent, in-app branding is where things shine for me.
- Automations & CRM: The ability to trigger custom emails and integrate with other platforms had me sold.
Considerations: False Cons
- Load Speed: While the load speed can be slow at times, the value of the features far outweighs this minor inconvenience. I stand by my decision!
- Design: As a non-coder, the interface felt a bit dated at first. However, with some practice and the help of AI, I was able to create professional, appealing designs that are consistent across the platform.
Final Thoughts:
After 6 months of use, I became comfortable enough to build SuiteDash environments for clients. What started as a tool to solve my core business operations has become an additional service I can offer. This platform is designed to grow with your business, and the lifetime key remains one of the best investments I have made.
Thanks SuiteDash

Jan 18, 2026Hi rednationdomino,
This is incredible - thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review!
Your tips are spot-on, especially the advice to "build from back to front." That's exactly the approach we recommend, and it's clear you've really mastered the platform. Mapping out your sequences visually before building is such smart advice for anyone getting...

Suite Dash is a Game-Changing Software for Small Businesses
I am getting close to my one-year anniversary of being on App Sumo and in that year I have bought a lot of high-quality software for my small business. SuiteDash is the first software to absolutely blow me away. In the first 24 hours of purchasing Tier 1 I reviewed the software and tutorial videos and could not believe how customizable it is. My initial impression was that the founder had to be a software developer with extensive non-technical experience running a boots on the ground business. Funny enough Mike's email the day after my purchase confirmed this exact point. This software was built by an entrepreneur that also has a software development background. He built a highly customizable software that is applicable to 90%+ of all businesses. I am already devising a plan on how to use SuiteDash to replace software that I am paying hundreds of dollars a month for. I have two vacation rental businesses that are basically e-Commerce businesses. Since SuiteDash integrates with Pabbly Connect and Beds24 my Property Management System every time I get a new reservation, I will be able to use Pabbly to send reservation information into SuiteDash and create a new contact with email and phone number. I will be able to create drip marketing campaigns to send discount codes to my guests at intervals (1-month, 3-month, 6-month etc.) after their stay to try to get them to book again on my website. Mike likely knows nothing about running a vacation rental business yet he developed a software that is highly applicable. Phase II for me will be to develop a guest pre-check-in form that I can use to collect guest information prior to a stay. I will probably need to hire a developer to build an API connection between Beds24 and SuiteDash but once I do that hopefully I will be able to send this pre-check-in form to my guests immediately after a reservation so that they can answer questions regarding the plan for their stay and submit a picture of a government ID for me to verify their identity. The exciting thing is the SuiteDash roadmap mentions an AI Logic Engine which sounds like could be used to automate and verify information that my guests submit during the pre-check-in process. For example the AI Logic Engine should be able to verify that the guest name matches the name on the picture of their government issued ID that they are required to submit. It should also be able to verify that the ID is not expired etc. After they are verified I can use SuiteDash to create a guest app to send guests that has vital information to help them enjoy their stay. Hopefully in the future state once some of these AI features get launched I can build a knowledge base and use AI to automatically answer guest questions. The only negative about the platform for me is I find the File management system to be lacking. I was hoping to be able to use a scanner to send files into the software but I can't email files directly inside. I really hope in the future SuiteDash creates a file email I can use to scan and email files directly into the software. I have another App Sumo software that allows me to do this. But really hard to nitpick at a software that offers so much value in this LTD. Thank you for developing this amazing product and sharing it with small businesses at a price we can afford!

Jan 17, 2026Hi there,
Wow - thank you so much for this incredibly thoughtful and detailed review. This is exactly the kind of feedback that fuels our team and reminds us why we do what we do.
You nailed it - SuiteDash was built by an entrepreneur who also happens to have a software development background. The goal has always been to create something that works for real businesses with real workflows, not...

SuiteDash ROCKS
I have recommended this to many of my clients (and I don't get a commission) because it is that good.
The only problem I have is that support doesn't answer my emails.
I purchased one code and was blown away at this program. Then SuiteDash came up again in AppSumo so I purchased two more codes. I went through the process of activating the codes, but they never activated. I sent emails to support and never got a response. So, my suggestion is that if you get more than one code make sure you can redeem them all and that they actually show up in your account.
