Having challenges
(1) It let me enter more users than my code allowed — but then would refuse to let ANY of them log in, and wouldn''t say why. Logins just failed. (2) When you log in, then leave it to do other things, then come back, the page you left is still onscreen, but is completely unresponsive. Apparently it times out the session, but doesn't display a message to that effect. Quitting the browser, then going back to the login screen and logging in restores interactivity. (3) I created a contact in the CRM. It wasn't displayed in the contact list, and I couldn't find it anywhwere. I tried to create the contact again, but it wouldn't save the contact. Scrolling through the long contact entry form, I found an error message that the "new" contact's email already existed in the CRM. (4) These are just a few examples of the frustrating idosyncracies.

The Most Difficult Software I Experience
I have used a lot of software over the years, and I have never come across software more difficult than SuiteDash. I acquired it in September 2024, and I'm still not utilizing it. I appreciate the customization of the tool, but it's bare-bones. It doesn't come with editable templates; the same goes for proposals, invoices, and contracts. For every template that you need, you have to create it from scratch. The e-sign feature is not active, meaning you can't send a document within the software to be signed by clients, which doesn't make sense—what's the purpose of an e-sign feature? You can't chat with a client inside the client portal. I have a business to operate, and I don't have the time it takes to learn this software, so if you are like me, save yourself the headache. I wanted to give this product a fair trial, so I didn't request a refund before the 60-day expiration. This is one of my regrets. If you have the time to put into it and the tech skills to create everything from scratch, you can give it a try, but if you don't, move on so you don't end up with regret like me.
Update:
If those templates are available, they must be new updates, and there was no chat feature inside the platform either. You should have clarified in the listing that DocuSign is not included. Furthermore, the email feature couldn’t send emails within the platform; however, I noticed you can now do so due to the recent update. Please don't make it seem as if I don't know what I'm talking about. Initially, I had to hire a developer to create templates for me because there were none in the software. Congratulations on the updates you have made to the platform. Additionally, I reached out to your team via email but did not receive a response.

**Templates:** We have an extensive Template Library across Documents, Proposals, Invoices, Forms, Dashboards, Portal Pages, Landing Pages, and more. You absolutely do not have to create everything from scratch....

good, but slow and limited
Edit: I sent a message to the email address given. I'll leave this review as-is until they can help me. For the record, I did attempt to get help before writing the review, but the chat window won't appear properly.
It's a super impressive product in the number of features it has, but it's also pretty slow and it's missing some basic things. For one example, the filters are very limited. You can filter for contacts with a tag, but not for contacts without a tag, and you can't filter for custom fields. Another example is the automations look helpful overall, but you can't put in a wait so everything runs at once.
I'm still exploring so maybe these aren't issues at all and I just don't understand it, but I'm not sure if I will continue using it or not.
