1) I understand I have to bring in my own OpenAI API key and that actually puts my mind at ease as this ongoing cost will be on me and not you , meaning more sustainability for you and consequent access to me .

I am going to purchase Tier-4 today. Just wanted to get a ballpark figure for API costs . Like say, I use 20,000 messages in a month , approximately how many dollars worth of API tokens would that consume ? I understand it depends on several factors but please just assume all factors to be somewhere in the 'middle' . Can you give me some idea about the amount of credits used for this scenario (and more illustrative examples, if you can) ?

2) Do I need to use a new WhatsApp number to integrate with support board or the existing one ( a business account) will do ?
