Q: Can the AI also retrieve data based on order number
As the title says, can the AI chat agent also retrieve data from example and API endpoint or database (and if, how?) when a customer for example tells the bot an order number?

Can it retrieve orders automatically? I mean from a database or a file? So we don't have to "train" the bot for each new order.

Again, yes you can do it via QEA and Flows. Am I missing something?
