Q: Can the chatbot train itself automatically using the ongoing conversations ?

Can the AI chatbot, after its initial training, keep on training itself on the various ongoing conversations that a live agent has with the customer?

I understand that I can feed in data even later on to keep training the chatbot. But what I'm specifically asking is, if I'm dealing with a customer in real time, will that chat with the customer can be used by the support board chat AI agent to train itself automatically?

- Also , do you have plans to bring in native mobile applications to take control of a chat by a human on the go ?

- Is the platform mobile compatible ? That is , can I answer my users through a mobile web browser ?

- Is there some kind of real time notification that I can get if a customer is being engaged by an AI chatbot ?

- and if I am myself answering the customer , can I prompt the AI to generate answers ?

3. Yes there are many notification types available.

4. Yes the AI will suggest answers, fix errors, rewrite your messages and more.

- one more thing :) .. Do you have some kind of pre made canned responses feature , so that if a human is answering , besides the AI help , he can also use a canned response to answer a query . Combination of chatbot and humans with access to AI prompts and canned responses can reallly enhance this whole workflow .
