2. There are basic ticket features for the user, but on the admin, there is no difference between chats and tickets. If you are looking for classic ticket software Support Board may not be the right choice. More details at https://board.support/tickets

1. We can add it but there are extra costs.
2. This AppSumo version does not integrate with WooCommerce, you need the WP version and the WooCommerce app for that(https://board.support/woocommerce)
3. By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.
4. The Cloud/AppSumo version is ready-to-use and we handle all the management. However, please note that all your data is stored on our server and there are minimal customization options available. On the other hand, the self-hosted version requires installation, but you will have complete control over everything, and there are no message or agent limitations.

Again please help as I am planning to buy, but as you said there are 2 version, one with Appsumo and other with CodeCanyon
I am running my own website, so which one to buy keeping in mind the following points
1. Cost for integrating with Mailster
2. WooCommerce Integration, which plugin to buy please send the link
3. You said there are less customization for Cloud version and full customization for self hosted. In my case which one to buy and please mention difference between the AppSumo Deal and one on CodeCanyon.
4. Elite Licenser is license management plugins and there are some support systems like Appsbd and SupportGenix which support it, but I want to buy Support Board app for my ticket and chat support system.
Hope you won't mind answering as I am confused between AppSumo and CodeCanyon versions. Also explain as asked above for difference between two
