I want AI to start the conversation, but if the customer asks for a human, I want the AI to be able to handoff the conversation to a Human to take over.

Is Human Takeover possible on Support-Board?

If yes, how does it work exactly?
- Does the chat trigger a notification that is sent to me via email, text, push notification, etc...?
- Can the bot integrate with other Live chat apps (for example the Shopify app called Shopify Inbox)?
- Does Support-Board have a good Live chat system (with prewritten message templates, AI help, product links, etc...)?

Does Support-Board have an iOS app that I can use for Live Chat?
