If I create 10 agents, will the 200,000 monthly messages be: ✅ Shared across all agents combined, or ❓ Allocated separately per agent (200,000 messages per agent)? Please confirm how the message quota is calculated when multiple agents are active.
- I am interested in setting up a chatbot for my small WordPress site, which will mainly be used to find specific content and answer FAQs within the site. If it can't find the answers, I need an alert to prompt me to answer the question. Do I need to budget for a paid OpenAI account at this point? Thanks!
- I'm trying to understand what exactly is “white label” about your product. It doesn't seem like we can create separate accounts for clients and use this within our agency unless we go through your SaaS or reseller options. My understanding of white label is that we could offer your product under our branding to our clients. So is white label just renaming the product, without client use, unless we go SaaS/reseller? Just looking for clarity. I did reach out to your team via email to inquire about your Saas, but I am just confused by your use of the term "white label" here, and would like some clarity. Thanks.
