Q: Hello, 1.

Is the Bulgarian language supported by the bot?

2. Is the bot aware of the content of the page? For example, in a WooCommerce shop, if a user is viewing a lawnmower and opens up the chat to ask a question about the lawnmower, will the bot be aware of the question that is being asked or will it give some very general response?

3. Can I use it on multiple websites? Is it 1 agent = 1 website or how does it work?

A: Hi,

1. I confirm that it is true. Here is the link: https://cloud.google.com/dialogflow/es/docs/reference/language.

2. By default, it is not automatically set. You will need to manually or programmatically set it through the code. However, you can populate the chatbot with all your products to make it aware of the product lawnmower automatically. Keep in mind that some manual adjustments may still be necessary.

3. By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.

Please note that the AppSumo version of Support Board does not integrate with WooCommerce. If you require integration with WooCommerce, you will need to use the WP version of Support Board.
