Some questions:
1. Does it work in Spanish?
2. How canit be trained to answer according to the content for my online store, cervexxa.mx. I mean, if a client ask for the price of a beer or about its pairing or style.
3. If I need to install it on more tha 1 site, do I need to purchase 1 code for each store. Or 1 would de enough considering the cap for messages?

1. Yes. Spanish is fully supported.
2. Yes, you can do it.
3. By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.
