Q: Hi I am unable to obtain my Refresh Token after following your provided steps.

Throws up this error › This page isn’t workingcloud.board.support is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

* Cannot get Reffresh Token due to Server 500 error after synchronizing.

Please advise.

A: A new simple one-click synchronization process is now available :)

Copy the Refresh token and paste it into Support Board > Settings > Dialogflow > Synchronization > Refresh token

Should I be using Diagflow ES or CX? (CX being more advanced). Or is CX overkill?

We prefer Diagflow ES but it is a personal choice.
