I purchase this some time ago and wanted to get support, so I went to your website... your chatbot on the main website says that it's a demo chatbot so it tells me to use the chatbox on https://board.support/ to talk to a human. That chatbot requires registration and you cannot register without a Envato code... what's going on? how do we get support after purchase? Please advise.
