Q: I bought a new WhatsApp number to integrate with support board,

but whenever I test I don't receive notification on my android device (S24 Ultra), I have to open the application to find the message.

Can I use on both WhatsApp Business app and Support Board? or how to solve this issue (get notifications for new messages to respond asap?
