I am just getting into AI so even if the community wants to answer that is fine. What are messages? Is this the back and forth between the customer and the chatbot? The 2.5 million characters in plan 3, I think that means reference docs. If so can docs be changed out so they unlearn 1 and learn another? I am sorry if I am a newb but be kind. If you don't want to answer because of the complexity of the answer, can you point me to a reputable website to read about it? THANKS A TON!!!
