Q: Newsletter subscribers vs qualified leads
The contact limits on the lower tiers mean you can't maintain a newsletter subscriber list.
Is the idea to maintain a separate list of email subscribers? If so, how do you tag these as 'never bought' vs those that have?
Say your newsletter has 20,000 subscribers but your contacts list is under 5,000 (qualified).
The Suretriggers integration is great news. Are you reaching out to the surecart guys for their other apps. I couldn't see anything on the roadmap.
Newsletter contacts numbers grow. The CRM features of Swipe, IMO, are overkill for newsletter 50k list. If you want to have a popular newsletter list you'd have no choice but to get Tier 5. Swipe one is trying to do both newsletter subscription marketing and targeted CRM marketing. Having one contact limit for the two, limits both. Managing a newsletter isn't feasbile unless you get the top tier.
