I just bought your software (4 credits) but nothing seems to work. I have tried to get support but it keeps asking me to log in and when I do it says invalid email or password. I have no problem logging in to my dashboard with the same user info. I can't locate the app that I created. I really want to use your product it is not working at all like was marketed. I can't even add a user. How do I reach support??
