Q: Use the same agents for internal and external chats

Hi there, there's something I can't fully understand and I need some help: can the same agents be used to create separate chat environment?

To be more clear what I mean is: are the same agents able to use Support Board either inside Perfex CRM (for internal quick messages and external messages) AND, let's say, the website to reply to leads?

A: Hi,

The Perfex integration is not available for the AppSumo version. You need the PHP version + Perfex app for that.

Yes, if you install Support Board on the same folder of Perfex, you will be able to open the Support Board admin area both inside and outside of Perfex admin.
