Q: I can’t add a Douyin account to the New Tracking section
I can’t add a Douyin account to the New Tracking section for it to scan and download videos from the channel. Could you please check this for me?

Q: How can I use for 3rd device? If I don't want to use it on 1st device?
What will happen if I log in on a third computer to use the tool?
I mean, if I previously used a license on Computer 1 but no longer want to use the tool on that machine, or in the case where Computer 1 is broken and cannot be turned on anymore, can I switch to using it on a third computer (IN THE CASE THAT I PURCHASED A 2-LICENSE PACKAGE)?

A: Hello, thanks for your questions. In this case, your license needs to be reset. To reset it, please send your license code to [email protected] and we will process it for you. Then you can use the license code on the 3rd and 4th computers. Wait for your email. Thanks!
For example, if I have 10 devices, how can I keep track of which device a key was used on so I can tell you to remove it from the correct one? What if I report it incorrectly and you end up removing the key from the wrong device?
When you ask us to reset a license, we reset the key itself — we don’t remove a specific device from the key. After a reset, you can activate the key on a new device. However, on the old device, if you haven’t deleted the configuration file, it may automatically become Pro again the next time it launches with an internet connection.
So if you accidentally report the wrong device, don’t worry — resetting the key affects the key, not the device. You won’t remove access from the wrong device by mistake.
I think it would be more optimal if you allowed users to register with their email so they can manage their license keys and the devices they’ve connected. This way, they could proactively remove devices themselves, which would be much faster and more efficient.
Thanks for your suggestions. For license key, it is easy for us to deliver and there is a way to let users to reset and transfer the license. We have not got the time and resource to do this. Thank you very much!

Can I proactively manage and view which devices have used the key, and can I remove a device to replace it with another one?
