I have purchased the app and have tried using the extension to download recorded meeting videos from Microsoft Stream but it doesn't work. I have used the Private downloader option as well as the extension menu option as two different approaches, but neither works. Is this a known issue or limitation of the software? This is my primary use case.

How will you run a test if the site requires my private credentials to access? However, if you’re saying Microsoft Stream is not supported by your app, then why bother?
Sorry, I am not sure this is a private video. I tried to duplicate a similar recorded meeting video on Teams, no success. Sometimes, some sites not on the list may also be supported. However, for Teams, the chance is small. Thanks!

Well it doesn’t really make sense for me as all apps are on mobile (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and I use them on mobile only - it’s a hassle frankly needing a Mac just to download a YouTube video… will request a refund then

Q: questions about Desktop application Box resolution and simulations downloads
I've just went ahead and purchased tier 1 with the expectation of purchasing tier 2. i have a question about the desktop applications window box aspect ratio seems be be not adjust appropriately with my Samsung 49inch odyssey 4k monitor. when maximized it works normally although when brining it back to window mode the format of the window application seems to not adjust to the display screen ratio/resolution
2.I also see that it mentioned 10 seminiferous downloads although on the application itself it shows the option to maximize to only 3. may anyone be able to assit
1. Please ensure you are using the latest version, v2.8.0. You can go to Settings > Advanced Settings > UI Scale to customize the size of the window and UI. Let me know if this is helpful.
2. The number of simultaneous downloads is set to 3 by default. You can adjust this number in Settings > Simultaneous Downloads.
3. Regarding the need to purchase Tier 2: one computer requires only one code. Purchase it only if you have multiple PCs. You can check the FAQs in the "From the Founders" section for more details.
