A: Thanks for the note. A channel is automatically added when you optimize a video from it. To connect multiple channels click on Profile and then scroll to the section where you can connect your accounts. Let me know if you have any questions.

I mainly am interested in taking podcast that hit the 1-2 hour mark. I went to the website to try the 7 day trail to see if it is something that fits my needs and so I tested it with a video that is just under 2 hours and its been around 3 hours at the point of this question and still has not created a Title, Description, Tags, or Transcript in addition to not making any Shorts yet, is this something that I should upload and then close the site and come back on later tonight?

Taja seems to be prioritizing new features over fixing existing issues. Shorts generation has had ongoing issues since March. For the last 2+ weeks, new shorts aren't properly orienting video at all and aren't usable. No response from support. When will you be fixing this issue?
Hello, 1. is there an option to deactivate headshot feature in the brandkit if I don't headshot in the thumbnail? 2. On your official sale page under "Next Video Idea" >>> you have "Related Outliner Videos" feature but I can't find it here on Appsumo sale page. Is "Related Outliner Videos" feature not included in Appsumo offer?
