I mainly am interested in taking podcast that hit the 1-2 hour mark. I went to the website to try the 7 day trail to see if it is something that fits my needs and so I tested it with a video that is just under 2 hours and its been around 3 hours at the point of this question and still has not created a Title, Description, Tags, or Transcript in addition to not making any Shorts yet, is this something that I should upload and then close the site and come back on later tonight?

May 8, 2026A: Did you upload or add a youtube link? if you upload depending on the length and language it can take 20 minutes. If you use a YouTube link it takes 3 minutes to generate results. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

When I open the site in another window and look at the videos it still has the "processing" status on it. at this point it has been over four hours.
Please delete that video in the dashboard and then try again and it will work properly. Let me know if you have any questions or run into any issues.
