Q: Hello, I tried using this on a live video but it says the video has to be unlisted.
How can I optimize existing videos? Do I have to hide them publicly for the tool to work? Thanks!

Thanks for your note and choosing Taja. Live videos do not work for Taja. The video has to be pre-recorded and uploaded to YouTube as either unlisted or public for Taja to work with it. You can optimize existing videos as long as they are unlisted or public. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
EllieHi, I'm trying on a trial account so I'm not sure if that's the reason, but this is what it shows me:

And when I go back into my dashboard, it just shows the video but nothing is optimized a couple days later. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I only click "optimize" and waited.
