Eli.MediaQ: Some bad experiences
I purchased Tier 4 and started building my app. My credit balance depleted quickly, and by the second month, it was replenished, allowing me to reach version 119. Unfortunately, at this point the app crashed and I lost it. I wasn’t able to recover it, so I purchased another Tier 4 and started building again. I believe I’ll request a refund for the first Tier 4 because I paid for it and wasn’t able to utilize it.
Currently, the issue I’m experiencing with the second Tier 4 purchase is that I cant deploy the app. The initial deploy files size was 11 MB, and I received an error. I ran a conversion script to convert all my images to WEBP, reducing the size to 8 MB. However, it still will not deploy, and I haven’t received any error details to help with development. Please assist me with this. Thank you very much!

Thank you so much! The first app that crashed, I deleted it and recreated it in the new account. After spending a good amount of credits on Autofix, I managed to deploy it and it’s working beautifully.
