If I use my own number and use it in GHL will I be able to use the same number to for inbound call using GHL's AI Agent? Alternatively, will I be able to purchase additional number from GHL and use for SMS and Call?

Can you clarify how team members work in textlink?
I am trying to understand whether this is a true shared-team SMS platform or just multiple separate user accounts under one workspace.
Can team members actually share:
* one phone number
* one inbox
* the same message threads
* the same conversation history
Or are accounts siloed so each user only sees their own messages?
For us, shared inbox collaboration is the key issue. Thanks.

Apr 3, 2026A: You have 2 main resources, SIM cards and contacts. You can assign them freely to your sub-accounts.
When a sub account sends a message to a contact that contact is automatically assigned to that sub account.
