I purchased your OG LTD in 2022; time flies. There are quite a few changes from that plan:
- Unlimited mailboxes is now 4
- 10 Users remains the same
- Live Chat, check
- Unlimited app integrations, check
- Branding removal email + live chat, uh-oh...
- Unlimited workflow automations, check
- 2 Knowledge bases is now unlimited
- 2 Communities is no longer an option?
- API access* only on the highest tier
Understandably changes were needed for sustainability. Reading through the comments one big item is the white label. It was big then and it is huge in the AppSumo community. Moving up teammates, chatbots, and inboxes to 3/6/10/15 would be brilliant in providing added flexibility for fellow Sumolings.
