Q: CNAME / Custom Domain for Chat Widget and Help Center
Critical question for B2B use: Our clients' firewalls often block third-party domains. We need to serve all customer-facing elements via our own subdomain using CNAME.

Chat widget is directly connected to the inbox system. And, yes!! We fully support custom domains for knowledge bases via CNAME records.
