Q: CNAME / Custom Domain for Chat Widget and Help Center

Critical question for B2B use: Our clients' firewalls often block third-party domains. We need to serve all customer-facing elements via our own subdomain using CNAME.

Chat widget is directly connected to the inbox system. And, yes!! We fully support custom domains for knowledge bases via CNAME records.

For the chat widget: Will the initial JavaScript files for the widget be loaded from our own CNAME'd subdomain, or will they always be loaded from a ThriveDesk domain?
