Q: RE AI CHATBOT

Do we have the ability to turn off the AI chatbot but still have the conventional non-ai chatbot, ready for livechat with a person or for filling in contact details? I assume it still ques the customer communications into the backend into TD for an agent to respond to.

A: Yes, you can turn it off, and it will be ready for live chat with a person. Once a human agent replies, the AI chatbot will automatically turn off.
