I got the Tier 4 with branding removal option. I enable it, after a few days it get disabled on it's own. Initially, I thought I am losing it and maybe I forgot it click save. I redid it and saved, verified it was removed. Then again after a few days, visiting my article links, Thrivedesk appears again at the bottom. I have not raised any support request. What's the point when other people are saying support is not responding. It might be a technical glitch. I just wanted to see if others are experiencing the same. Could be an easy fix and not worth a negative review if fixed quickly. I now have to check daily and update again and again wherenever I see it rolled back PS: Branding removal toggles back to off itself within a few minutes of disabling it for me.
I paid for a membership, but can't add certain team members. I get a "low trust score error" and get told to contact support. I used the live chat but never connected to an agent. I emailed 2 weeks ago, got one reply and that's it. I just need help but can't seem to get it.
I have a tier 4 plan. Existing documentation and getting in touch with support is a challenge, therefore, posting here instead of leaving a negative review. 1. Two-way plugin, i.e. installed on our site and installed one in ThriveDesk to read WooCommerce data. Runs into errors. Surprisingly, pressed the browser 'back' button & it detected the plugin somehow. I still can't understand how that happened. Errors in the code? 2. During onboarding, if you used an email to register the account and then try adding that as one of the support emails, it warns you and tells you to change 'account owner' email first. When I try doing that, it says that 'I am not allowed to change email.' 3. If I try adding a website source for AI Bot, it has a limit of pages that can be added. It errors out saying 'Insufficient credits to perform this request
1. Your site says to BBC your CRM to keep it in the loop. I guess this is an alternative to API or Webhooks? -It would be great if it had a built in CRM so we can keep track of customers with a tagging system of some sort! I see that you can tag conversations but if the same customer keeps coming back, we want to tag them to know this. If this doesn't exist, can you put this on the roadmap? It's very handy to be able to keep track of overly abusive customer and things like that! 2. Is there a way or can we make a way for the "Customer Satisfaction Rating" be (auto) displayed on our website to help gain new customers? 3. Can we extend the "Undo Send" to at least a minute and even offer the option of a "custom" minutes delay? 4. Can we make new employees write drafts only and it automatically sends it for approval by higher tiers?
