I got the Tier 4 with branding removal option. I enable it, after a few days it get disabled on it's own. Initially, I thought I am losing it and maybe I forgot it click save. I redid it and saved, verified it was removed. Then again after a few days, visiting my article links, Thrivedesk appears again at the bottom.
I have not raised any support request. What's the point when other people are saying support is not responding.
It might be a technical glitch. I just wanted to see if others are experiencing the same. Could be an easy fix and not worth a negative review if fixed quickly. I now have to check daily and update again and again wherenever I see it rolled back

PS: Branding removal toggles back to off itself within a few minutes of disabling it for me.
